Program in preparation

The Andias franchise program and required disclosure documents are being prepared. This website introduces the brand and accepts preliminary expressions of interest. We are not currently offering or selling franchises or passive investments through this site, accepting deposits or reserving territories. The website is not a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), securities offering, investment recommendation or financing offer.

Any future franchise offer must comply with federal and applicable state disclosure, registration or exemption requirements. Under the FTC Franchise Rule, the prospective franchisee must receive the FDD at least 14 calendar days before signing a binding agreement or making a required payment; additional legal requirements may apply. This site does not claim that Andias has an effective franchise registration, an exemption or a completed FDD. No regulator has approved the merits of an opportunity described here.

No financial representations

No current franchise prices, fees, managed-investment contributions, sales projections, profits, ROI, payback periods or guaranteed results are offered here. Do not rely on superseded website estimates or informal discussions as contractual terms or financial performance representations. Future fees and costs must be set out in the applicable disclosures and agreements. Any permitted financial performance representation must have the required written basis and disclosure. This website cannot replace independent legal, tax and financial advice.

Interest forms and next steps

An inquiry or receipt only records your interest. It does not approve you, reserve a site or territory, establish a franchise, investment, agency, lease or employment relationship, or commit Andias to reimburse your expenses. Do not send payments or confidential financial documents. Any future program, services, training, opening support, specifications or operating arrangements require verification and separate lawful documentation; the format descriptions are exploratory.

Stores and growth plans

As of October 6, 2026, five stores are open; Oakland Park is scheduled to open October 15, bringing that group to six locations. Two additional stores are under construction and three more are under contract. Construction and contract locations are not operating stores. Dates and development plans can change and do not guarantee a territory, opening or future outcome. Stores may be operated by separate entities; the appropriate operator is responsible for its own transactions and employment decisions, subject to applicable law.

Appropriate use and brand materials

Provide accurate details and act only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate others, send harmful files or spam, bypass access controls or misuse personal information. Andias and other owners retain their applicable intellectual-property rights. Website access does not grant a brand, advertising or franchise license. Contact us before commercial reuse of materials or to report a rights concern. We will review reported errors or concerns; a general disclaimer does not permit misleading statements or unlawful conduct.

External services, availability and legal rights

External websites and store services have their own terms. We may correct errors or restrict misuse where reasonably needed and lawful. We cannot promise uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms waives nonwaivable consumer, privacy or other statutory rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A later signed agreement governs its own subject matter where applicable. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require a waiver of class actions.
