Investment information

All prices are in US dollars. Approximate project starting amounts are $249,000 for Frozen Yogurt and $295,000 for Frozen Yogurt + Wellness Bar, each plus a $35,000 initial franchise fee: $284,000 and $330,000 respectively. The ongoing franchise terms presented are a 6% royalty and a 2% brand fund on gross sales. These are starting estimates, not fixed quotes or maximum budgets. Final scope, costs and obligations are defined in the applicable disclosures and signed agreements.

Managed-store partnerships starting from a $290,000 capital contribution are a separate arrangement. Ownership, operations, fees and distributions depend on a project-specific agreement; franchise pricing does not define those terms.

Calculator and operating references

The calculator uses hypothetical inputs and simplified cost assumptions. Its results are not actual store financial statements, sales forecasts, promises or guarantees. EBITDA excludes interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization; it is not net profit or cash available to distribute. The displayed return and payback measures omit financing, capital expenditure, working-capital changes, ramp-up and other factors described beside the calculator.

The approximately $1.5 million gross-sales reference concerns a single company-operated store in 2025, as reported by Andias. It is not a system average, profit figure or prediction for a franchise. Any financial performance representation must have appropriate support and be evaluated with the applicable Franchise Disclosure Document, including Item 19.
