Andias uses the information you choose to submit to review ownership inquiries, answer questions and manage privacy requests.

Information we collect

The application asks for your name, email, phone, investment budget, available cash, preferred market, location status and details, store format, ownership route and opening preferences. It may also include campaign labels from the link you followed. We do not request payment-card details, bank credentials or identification documents.

How information is used and shared

Authorized Andias personnel use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry by email or phone. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to automated promotional texts. The website stores submissions in its hosted database. FormSubmit processes submitted details to deliver email notifications to Andias; hosting and email providers process data to operate these services. We do not sell application information.

Cookies, security and analytics

The hosting infrastructure may use necessary security cookies, including Cloudflare bot-protection cookies, and process technical connection information to protect the site. Optional Google Analytics 4 runs only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, selected store formats, ownership preferences, calls to action and successfully saved applications. We do not send your name, email, phone, available capital, investment amount, location details or application text to Analytics. Google processes technical information and uses analytics cookies to measure visits. Advertising features and automatic form measurement are disabled. Your choice is saved on this device for up to 180 days; analytics cookies are limited to 180 days. You can reject analytics or withdraw permission through Cookie choices in the footer. Refusing does not affect your application. See Google’s privacy policy. Your unsubmitted form entries remain in the current page; the application does not save them in browser storage.

We use encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side validation and access controls for submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Request limits use a hashed connection identifier and expire automatically.

Retention and your choices

Application records and notification emails are retained for follow-up, business administration and applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion below. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information and may retain records where required by law. Do not send identity documents through this form.
